Deep Dive is all about showcasing one hop in all its forms. No distractions, just a single hop, done properly.
One Hop, Full Spectrum.
The Simcoe hop is one of the classics. Born out of Yakima Valley, Washington and first hitting the scene in 2000, it’s known for big stone fruit vibes, piney backbone and dark berry notes.
Not to fear, this single hop beer is not one-dimensional. We've used Simcoe in three different forms - T90, Cryo, and Dynaboost - to pull out every layer of flavour this hop can offer.
- T90 pellets bring classic bitterness and backbone.
- Cryo pellets dial up the intensity, focusing on concentrated aroma and flavour.
- Dynaboost is where it gets interesting - a flowable hop extract made from just the oils, no bitterness, no vegetal matter. Clean and smooth.
What to Expect
This version of Deep Dive pours with a thick, fluffy head and a light gold body. The aroma’s all lime zest, orange juice and biscuit, while the flavour brings nectarines, peaches and fresh-squeezed orange, all wrapped in a balanced bitterness.
It’s bright. It’s clean. It’s full of nuance.
