Margaret River Brewhouse Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Entry Period
  The giveaway is open for entries from 08/08/25 to 14/08/25, 11:59pm (the “Entry Period”).

• Eligibility
  Entry is open to all customers who purchase a pint or takeaway beer at Margaret River Brewhouse during the Entry Period. Employees of Margaret River Brewhouse and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• How to Enter
  To enter, customers must purchase a pint or takeaway beer at Margaret River Brewhouse and complete the entry form.

• Entry Conditions
  By entering, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Margaret River Brewhouse and Margaret River Beer Co. Participants can unsubscribe at any time in accordance with privacy laws.

• Prize
  One prize pack will be awarded. The prize details will be communicated at the time of the giveaway. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Winner Selection
  The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place after the close of the Entry Period.

• Winner Notification
  The winner will be notified by contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

• Privacy
  Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Margaret River Brewhouse’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the giveaway and sending promotional emails.

• General Conditions
  Margaret River Brewhouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
