Esky Giveaway The River: Terms & Conditions 

Promoter 
This promotion is conducted by The River in partnership with Margaret River Beer CO. 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over.  

Valid photo ID may be required to verify age.  

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.  

Promotion Period 

The promotion commences April 1 2026 and closes April 30 2026.  

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.  

How to Enter 

During the Promotion Period, purchase any [Brand Name] four-pack from the Promoter.  

One (1) entry will be issued per eligible purchase.  

Multiple entries permitted, subject to separate qualifying purchases.  

Entry is recorded at point of sale via in-store entry form.  

Prize 

One (1) prize will be awarded:  

[Brand Name] branded esky (approximate retail value: $650) 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  

Draw Details 

The draw will take place at [store name/address] on [draw date] at [time].  

The winner will be selected at random.  

Winner Notification & Publication 

The winner will be notified via email within 10 business days of the draw.  

The winner’s name may be published in-store and/or on the Promoter’s social media channels.  

Unclaimed Prize 

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

Responsible Service of Alcohol (WA) 

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).  

The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.  

Entry is only available to customers legally permitted to purchase alcohol.  

The prize does not include alcohol.  

General Conditions 

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.  

No permit is required in WA for trade promotions where entry is free (i.e. no additional cost beyond the product purchase).  

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.  

If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
